This sake was purchased while climbing Mt.
The aroma is subdued, and when you drink it, the sweetness is concentrated with the flavor of rice. The aftertaste is a bit dry and sharp.
Personally, I think it tastes better chilled than at room temperature.
I will try heating it up next time.
