This is my first time at Ozura.
The aroma is slightly melon-like and sweet.
The drink seems like water for a moment, but first comes the sweetness, then the spiciness, and finally the bitterness.
The bitterness lingers a little longer.
I bought it again because I drank it before and enjoyed the yogurina feel!
I just drank it a month ago so I will spare you my impressions 🫡.
It is also interesting to note that the lighter the stirring is, the more lactic acid drink-like it becomes as it goes to the bottom, and the more it feels like yoghurina at the beginning and calpis or yakult at the end!
I chose this sake because I sometimes like to drink a little bit of sake in 300ml bottles. A naturally sparkling junmai sake, it looks like a white nigori sake. It tastes like yogurt, sweet and refreshing! (Maybe not so much fizzy?).
The catchphrase is "goes well with meat dishes," and it matched well with the Korean-style braised spare ribs we had for dinner that night. The rich fat of the meat was neutralized and the sake went down a treat.
The low alcohol content and refreshing taste make it a good choice for sake beginners and women.
Found at a LAWSON on a road I don't normally pass 👀.

Sweet and sour 🥰.
A sweet and sour 🎶 that when mixed together is a shwashy amazake 🎶.
I read that it goes well with meat.
Kentucky and 🍗🍗 that I had to take home.
🍶💕 (*´༥`*) yummy!
I love the 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗(*´༥`๑༥`๑) yumashii
Hi Eririn 😃I see you sell this at the convenience store - such a delicious looking sake 🍶It goes well with Kentucky, or curry as Pon-chan says, or anything that packs a punch 😋👍.
Pon-chan (●'∇') Domo Domo~!
I like curry 🍛 & sake too, so I'd like to try it but it was ras1 😭
I don't see it at other Lawson's so I have to go drink it ‼️
Waka konbanha, ´´Thanks for the decision.
I'm a commoner so I always check the liquor section of supermarkets and convenience stores 😁.
There are some cheap but tasty drinks 🎶.
Sake that goes well with meat is very precious. 💕︎
I bought this because I wanted to drink something crispy after the heat of the past few days!
I remember drinking a plum wine here before and it was delicious, so my expectations were perfect for sake as well!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, it smelled like yogurt. It has a lactic sweet and sour aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and light, and the soft, bubbly texture combined with the light ALC6 makes it easy to drink!
The hint of aroma is a little mushroomy and has a sake-like flavor, but it is as refreshing and delicious as one would expect👍.
And it leaves a sweet and sour aftertaste reminiscent of yogurinas.
In terms of the aroma, it seems to go well with meat as described, so I left half and will enjoy it again tomorrow 🥩.
I'd buy this again if I see it ✨
Good morning, stst 😊.
The yoghurina is perfect 😆👍I drank it with beef curry and it was delicious with just the right amount of acidity to control the taste ❣️
I saw it at Yodobashi right after Pon-chan was drinking it, so I bought it 😊.
According to Pon-chan's review, it is made to resemble makgeolli, and toraji means bellflower in Korean.
Is it just me or does Toraji remind you of Kunibun Taichi and Domoto Tsuyoshi's Fantastipo?
The fizziness is weak, but it is delicious with a sweet and sour taste like yogurt or lactobacillus drink. I tried it with yakiniku (grilled meat), and it certainly seems to go well with it.
It does not have a strong ginrei aroma and is refreshing and easy to drink.
I paired it with cherry salmon sashimi and vinegared mackerel, but it seems to go well with a variety of dishes.
Purchased at a local supermarket
I couldn't help but pick it up when I saw that the obi said it was perfect for meat dishes.
Rice polishing ratio 80
Alcohol 6%.
300ml
First, the supernatant. It has a crisp, acidic taste, rice flavor and bitterness.
When mixed well, it becomes pure white!
The sweet and savory taste of the rice was brought out and the sour and bitter tastes were suppressed, making the whole dish mellow and handsome.
However, since the recipe was inspired by makgeolli, I thought it would be sweeter, but it was surprisingly refreshing!
But it was surprisingly refreshing.
The sweetness was just right, and the acidic bitterness was not so noticeable!
Both the curry and the sake were delicious 🍛🍶.
Toraji" means "Chinese bellflower" in Korean. That's why the bottle has Kikyo on it 😊.
This sake has been on the market for 30 years 😳.
I was surprised to see that they have been making makgeolli since then!
Good morning, Pon.
Good morning, Pon. 😊
Collaboration with flowers,
It's nice 😆. I love it 😆.
I will try my best for 3 more days. 😫
I'm getting used to it and I'm doing great.
I'm in great shape. (I'm doing great 😁.
Good morning, Pon-chan (I really just woke up 💧)
You're drinking mezcal, aren't you?
And it's been 30 years since I've seen it.
By the way, the white flower in the background ...... looks different, doesn't it?
I've never seen this one before either😲.
Good morning, Hanapin! ☀️
3 more days to go! It's been a long time 😭Ganba a little more ✊Oh, if you're feeling better, do you want to stop drinking? 😁.
Good morning, Mr. Sake Run: ☀️
You are early too, Mr. Sakeoran! I have a rare one too 😁I haven't seen such a pure white one in a long time😳.
This flower is also a hydrangea called Sumida no hanabi.
Thank you for this as well, Gyve 😊.
I'm glad you knew about this sake 😳I don't go to yakiniku restaurants as I get older 🤭I'll check it out next time I'm there 😁.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🐶.
I was surprised at the white liquor!
Toraji, memo memo_φ(・・・)
The picture of the Kouei Chrysanthemum one is also nice~! I love it 🐶.
Wan Wan 🐶Good evening 🌙
It's been a while since I've had a pure white nigori and I was surprised too 😳‼️It's easy to drink, not as sweet as makgeolli👍
The Koei Kiku made my hand pull and it was out of focus 🤣.
Pon, here's another one.
Your flower here is also beautiful ✨It's a hydrangea ⁉︎
The shape of the flower is similar to Kikyo 😄
It's a drink inspired by makgeolli ❣️ looks like calpis 🤣I'd like to taste it 😋♪
Thanks for this one too, Tsubu 😊.
Yes, it's another hydrangea 🎇 like fireworks 🎇 I forced it together 😆.
It looks like calpis but it tastes a lot like rice 😳It was better with meat than on its own ❣️
