As soon as I put it in my mouth, it had a characteristic taste. Melon? It tasted smoky, a little different from melon? It was delicious.
It was the night I reconfirmed that I like the fruity taste of junmai ginjo.

However, I drank Isanishiki (sweetpotato shochu) before this, so it may have some influence on the taste.
It has a very soft sweetness with a clean aftertaste and a lingering aroma that lingers in the nose.
It is a sake that goes well with the mountains of the Northern Alps.
At room temperature, it has a strong, rich aroma and a strong, umami taste, so it would go well with miso and other strong dishes.
Personally, I think it is normal at 3 stars.
