I bought this one at the Zenkoji Naka store after seeing the nigori sake bottle, but when I drank it, I found it to be a bit strong and spicy despite being nigori sake. It seems that Hitogochochi rice is used for the sake rice, but I could not taste the rice flavor at all.
It was a nigori sake with a moderate sweetness and mildness.
The color of the bottle should have been changed from pink to light blue so the image would have been different 🤔.
Drunken Garden in Azumino, Shinshu.
I was curious to buy it because it is 59% Hitogokochi, a Nagano Prefecture sake.
As the label says, it is a refreshing sake with a delicious flavor.
It is not at the top level of popular Nagano sake, but it has a glimpse of Nagano's sake character.
I bought this bottle after having dinner at Ekuan in Sakai.
Although it was more expensive, I chose a 300 ml kaku bottle to reuse the empty bottle.
It is light and tasty, not too rich. I like the taste.
At Chogatake Hutte, Northern Alps.
A paper cup. Probably so that it can be burned. Also, it is not inflated in spite of the high altitude. It was specially made for this purpose.
Drunken garden at an altitude of 2,600 meters, is it for hot sake with a low alcohol content? I had it cold. It was like drinking water, and we drank until late, and I apologize for the inconvenience. When we went outside, we saw Mt. Hotaka and Mt. Yarigatake peaking out in the light of the shining moon, which had been gusty earlier. By the way, tomorrow will be the harvest moon of mid-autumn.
