Rose aroma, slightly fruity but with a very peculiar acidity. Bitter taste when rolling, not many people like it, but it may be good for those who like bitter sake. Firm, hard flavor.
This is the 542nd one-cup, one-pack festival bottle.
I drank it with the chilori. I drank it at the same time as the light blue bottle, so it was like a drinking comparison. It is drier than the light blue bottle. The taste is more pronounced when it is served lukewarm.
I bought this one at the Zenkoji Naka store after seeing the nigori sake bottle, but when I drank it, I found it to be a bit strong and spicy despite being nigori sake. It seems that Hitogochochi rice is used for the sake rice, but I could not taste the rice flavor at all.
It was a nigori sake with a moderate sweetness and mildness.
The color of the bottle should have been changed from pink to light blue so the image would have been different 🤔.
Drunken Garden in Azumino, Shinshu.
I was curious to buy it because it is 59% Hitogokochi, a Nagano Prefecture sake.
As the label says, it is a refreshing sake with a delicious flavor.
It is not at the top level of popular Nagano sake, but it has a glimpse of Nagano's sake character.
I bought this bottle after having dinner at Ekuan in Sakai.
Although it was more expensive, I chose a 300 ml kaku bottle to reuse the empty bottle.
It is light and tasty, not too rich. I like the taste.
