It has a mild mouthfeel and goes in smoothly.
It tastes just right for a full stomach.

Dokkun Sanshiro is a famous izakaya 🏮 that appeared in Kazuhiko Ota's "Fluffy Trip" and "Solo no Gourmet" ❗️.

Sanshiro's is a great restaurant full of Asahikawa and Hokkaido specialties ️.
We also have a great selection of sake, and as the name suggests, you can enjoy drinking alone ‼️.
However, there is no air conditioning.
It does not have much of a topping aroma, but it is very tasty, creating a wonderful balance of umami and a mild sweetness in the mouth at the moment of drinking.
I first drank it at a tavern in Asahikawa, liked it so much I bought it at a liquor store in Asahikawa.
The aroma and sharpness are not too strong, and it goes into your body easily, as if you are drinking water.
It goes better with light-flavored snacks than with strong-flavored ones.
Raccoon Nijo Sake Festival
A moment of deliciousness in the mouth, followed by spiciness. You can taste it, but it doesn't interfere with the meal. It was delicious.

Junmai 慎ぐ風🌾 from Hokkaido
The sourness of the sake is strong, lactic acid type. When I paired it with the smoked cheese that came with my mother's love meal, it changed dramatically. The taste became milder and the sweetness and umami came out more and more.
