The second restaurant was Sanshiro's, the first in several years.
This time it was a limited edition sake from Takasago Shuzo!
It seems to be "Kaze no Sasayaki" (Whisper of the Wind).
The rice used is Ginpu.
Keimafuri is a rare seabird that lives on Amauri Island in Hokkaido.
Is it some kind of project?
It has a mild mouthfeel and goes in smoothly.
It tastes just right for a full stomach.

We also have a great selection of sake, and as the name suggests, you can enjoy drinking alone ‼️.
However, there is no air conditioning.
