An evening party in Asahikawa The manager of shigi38 made the reservation for me! Thank you 😊 The website only had 3 types of sake, but when I asked the owner, he said they have other types as well! Oops, I'm glad 😃! I'll just have this one since I got a beer to toast that day! AKABU AKABU Junmai Ginjo It's been a while since I've had this one... No disappointment! We spent the rest of the evening talking over Asahikawa's famous shinkoyaki and yakitori (grilled chicken). ⭐️ Knowledge Rice used・・・Gin Ginga Polishing ratio ... 50%. I ordered a set of three types of sake to compare. It had been a while since I drank sake with brewing alcohol, as I had been drinking only junmai ginjo or daiginjo recently. It was dry sake, which I like, but junmai sake is better without any unpleasant taste.
