(I was tired from eating too much rich food, so I decided to balance it out with some light sake, so I bought a bottle of Nenohi from Yamaya. Nenohi is thin, as was the case with the cup sake. The light flavor is clear but still has the presence of light flavor to make the most of it! Today, I overcame my fear of the new koro and went to a hot spring! The treasure of Amagasaki, Tsukiji Ebisu Spa is still wonderful! I got the locker number 17 and the BIGBOSS number 1! Then I went to Ohmononokunushi Shrine and wished to become a big shot! Then we went to the recently excavated Nozato no Yu! It was a light spring! After that, we went to Hashigawa Shrine along the Yodogawa River, which was also nice!

On Sunday, I visited the Taste of Morita Co. This is the family brewery of Akio Morita, the founder of Sony. I was attracted by the Aji no Yakata limited edition and bought a bottle. It tasted a little sweeter than I expected and was easier to drink than I expected. 1,650 yen

Sake from Aichi 🍶. I bought it because it's raw. I was not a fan of sake when I was a kid, but it had a strong "sake! I could strongly feel the taste of "Sake!" which I hated as a child. Now I can enjoy the taste too! I must be getting old lol I'm going to drink it little by little and enjoy the change of taste day by day ✌︎︎!

It is almost transparent. The aroma is of Calpis, Wasanbon, cotton candy, pear and grape. The bitterness lingers until the finish. It also has a gentle umami taste. It is thick, but not sweet, and dry. But the elegant sweetness gently stays with you for a long time. It is an elegant, gentle, and somewhat intelligent sake.

Today is an extra edition⁉︎ Fin sake! I wanted to drink more at the beginning of the year, but I finally got there. The second or third cup of fin sake is the best. The aroma and taste are soothing and comforting.
