On Sunday, I visited the Taste of Morita Co. This is the family brewery of Akio Morita, the founder of Sony. I was attracted by the Aji no Yakata limited edition and bought a bottle. It tasted a little sweeter than I expected and was easier to drink than I expected. 1,650 yen
The first time I ordered hire-shu at a ryokan, I found it very easy to drink and delicious. I asked about it and was told that it was "ne-no-hi" (hot sake).

I was not a fan of sake when I was a kid, but it had a strong "sake! I could strongly feel the taste of "Sake!" which I hated as a child.
Now I can enjoy the taste too!
