The first time I ordered hire-shu at a ryokan, I found it very easy to drink and delicious. I asked about it and was told that it was "ne-no-hi" (hot sake).

I bought it because it's raw.
I was not a fan of sake when I was a kid, but it had a strong "sake! I could strongly feel the taste of "Sake!" which I hated as a child.
Now I can enjoy the taste too!

This is a series of "Eisetsu-tachi no Banquet".
It is almost transparent. The aroma is of Calpis, Wasanbon, cotton candy, pear and grape. The bitterness lingers until the finish. It also has a gentle umami taste. It is thick, but not sweet, and dry. But the elegant sweetness gently stays with you for a long time. It is an elegant, gentle, and somewhat intelligent sake.

Fin sake! I wanted to drink more at the beginning of the year, but I finally got there.
The second or third cup of fin sake is the best. The aroma and taste are soothing and comforting.
