The ginjo aroma was very good, with a hint of melon, and it was very easy to drink, with a light, refreshing taste and a hint of sweetness at the end.
If you like sweet sake, you will love the taste.
Nenohi Honjozo Spring-fermented
We had it with hitsu-mabushi at Unazen near Nagoya station 🍶.
Hot sake with a hot sake (I heard it's a Nagoya dialect word for "very hot") 😌.
The nose has a slight alcohol and lactic acid sour aroma like a sake yeast yeast.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness and mild acidity.
The finish is sharp and seems to wash away the fat of the eel from the mouth.
This Nenohi was delicious 😊.
The third one is at the famous Izakaya Daijin in Nagoya.
I didn't go there because I heard they have almost no Aichi sake on their sake menu 😂.
Gorgeous melon-like aroma typical of daiginjos. Slightly sweet and light. It is said to be slightly filtered to preserve the flavor of the main body of the sake. Therefore, it is slightly yellow in color.
Morita Corporation of Nagoya, a brewing company with 350 years of history, representative brands Ne-no-hi, Ginjo Hanafugetsuki
Cherry blossoms dancing in the air,
Gentle floral aroma with soft astringency and bitterness,
Mellow flavor with soft astringency and bitterness,
It has a slightly dry taste with a lingering aftertaste.
Today we had it with gyoza from Hamamatsu, our neighbor.
I really like Hamamatsu Gyoza.

Water and Philosophy 2024 series. Sake from Aichi has an image of not being very spicy due to the water, but this one is quite spicy. This is just a spicy sake.
Purchased at Chubu International Airport.
It has a strong flavor and acidity, and is delicious when heated. If I had to say something extravagant, I would say that I would like to have something more in a local sake.
But at this price, it's a good value for money.
Thank you very much.
