And I bought a bottle of unfiltered raw honjozo!
The aroma is subdued, but the slight sweetness spreads, and the acidity in the aftertaste is just right to keep you from getting tired of drinking it.
It has a good balance without the heaviness that is often associated with honjozo, and it tastes better when slightly chilled.
Although brewer's alcohol is added, you can't feel it too much.
