Tanzawa-yama low-alcohol sake.
Bottle warmed and stored at low temperature.
It is a summer sake, so it is made to be drunk neat.
It is not very floral, but it is easy to drink and has a nice sharpness.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
The label looks beautiful from the back.
Yushin blue fall wine. Slightly sweet aroma. Quite a refreshing taste, just like last night's Tanzawayama. I wonder if this one has a more rounded taste. There is a hint of sweetness...this one is also delicious.
Tanzawa-yama Autumn Agari. The aroma is quite subdued. Strong yellowish taste. Quite a refreshing taste. Almost no sweetness, and a strong alcohol taste that makes the mouth chatter. It takes the fat of avocado and amberjack very well.
Sake from Kanagawa, Yushin Blue, Junmai Ginjo, Autumn Dayori, fire-aged, 55%, 15%, sweet pear aroma, sweetness and acidity are gentle and dry on the palate, leaves a deep lingering taste.
This is my first sake from Kanagawa Prefecture.
It has a lingering aftertaste of rice flavor, but it quickly goes away, but I didn't feel much freshness.
I had this during the gloomy rainy season.
I had avoided it because of its old-fashioned image, but I was attracted by the label and ordered it.
It was a dry legacy type after all. I have no problem with it, as I have recently come to prefer this type of beer.
This is probably the first time for me to taste a rice called Wakamizu.
