As a Junmai lover, I tend to order this sake whenever "Tokushu" is added to the name. It is good with fried food and has a delicious flavor.

I bought it because of the dry recommendation.
My personal opinion is that it is dry, but watery and lacks backbone.
It is easy to drink, but it lacks the flamboyance that one would expect from a daiginjo.
We will re-evaluate if the taste changes after opening the bottle.
On the second day after opening the bottle, it became a little richer, but there was no significant change.
