At a soba restaurant selected as one of the 100 best soba restaurants in "EAT LOG". I was lost in the many dishes on the menu and decided to go with my favorite "Kamo Seiro" and a decanter of Kanazawa-ya sake. It was recommended as dry, but it was soft rather than refreshingly dry. It was delicious!

I was invited by a good friend of mine at work. I was invited to join him around 8:00! I drank sake with Boyan who came from Holland to see the sights. We drank sake together 😊. The word "tomboy" comes from the Dutch language and is used to describe an adult woman who is out of control. In Japan, the word is used for naughty girls. He told me many fun stories. Also, Japanese people express their heart by putting their hand on their heart, but Dutch people express it by putting their head on their heart. It was very strange. It is a sake with a strong sweetness and umami taste, and I want to drink it slowly and deeply. Cheers to a good encounter. The next day, I had to refrain from drinking it because I had to attend a prefectural residents' meeting.
