Slightly yellowish sake, slightly spicy to puffy. Young melon - slightly almond-like.
Moderate weak acidity (not sour).
It would be delicious if it were heated up! It has a nice warmed-up taste.
Went well with cream cheese monaka (like taiyaki) 😋.
Made with rare rice.
The strength is not like that of unfiltered raw sake, but rather refreshing. Easy to drink.
It tastes like rice or a rich graininess.
This is the first brand I ever drank, and it was a gift from my cousin in Fukuoka.
The first sip was full of sweetness and flavor with a gorgeous aroma, and I thought it might not be my favorite because it left a lingering aftertaste, but for some strange reason, from the second sip, it became mellower and more crisp ❗🤗.
I am looking forward to the change when I drink the rest in a few days. 😀 😀

It is a delicious sake with a Kyushu-like flavor. It goes well with the light flavor of eel rolls. The sauce of Yanagawa's steamed eel in a steamer basket is light, so it goes well with this sake.

I wanted a dry sake because the Gobashi I am drinking now is very sweet.

The color is clear with a slight cloudiness.
The aroma is a mild ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, it has a heavy richness, but at the same time, it has a piercing dryness.
The dryness does not disappear immediately, but remains for a while.
The taste is somewhat hard.
When warmed up, the dryness weakens and the richness becomes more pronounced, making it very tasty.
Like other brands, I thought "Ura" might be a collection of the blame, but I am not sure if it is the same for this sake, and it only turns out to be an unfiltered raw sake.
I tried this sake because I had the impression that the Kikubito Special Junmai I had previously had was dry, but I liked it much better than the Special Junmai, and it is very tasty!
