@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.

The bottle on the right was opened three days ago. The left is a new bottle. When cold, it is a full-bodied sake with the umami of rice, as if the white rice is being smothered. When warmed up, it became sweeter and softer. It was a relaxing taste.

I wanted to live permanently in Nishinakasu, but unfortunately I have returned to Tokyo. I'm Matsuchiyo and I hate my job 👶. I can't select "Sakebar Fukuzo" when I choose a place when I come back. I hope you can fix this feature soon 🙄. Well, Kiku Bijin Sake Brewery is located in Setaka, Miyama City. This brewery is famous locally as the bride of the sister of the poet Kitahara Hakushu. This sake is made from rice called Tsuyaotome. Kiku Bijin is also a first 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a juicy sweetness with a hint of acidity. It has a slight astringent taste that finishes off the palate. It was quite delicious ✨. The third picture is the main house of Kikubijin. It was on sale, but no tasting was available 🥲. A customer of Sakebar Fukuzo told me about how many bottles he bought at the kurabiraki. Seems to be a brand loved by the locals😊.

At Tsukiyomi in Haruyoshi. We received a bottle of Kiku Bijin. Slightly yellowish sake, slightly spicy to puffy. Young melon - slightly almond-like. Moderate weak acidity (not sour). It would be delicious if it were heated up! It has a nice warmed-up taste. Went well with cream cheese monaka (like taiyaki) 😋.

This is the first brand I ever drank, and it was a gift from my cousin in Fukuoka. The first sip was full of sweetness and flavor with a gorgeous aroma, and I thought it might not be my favorite because it left a lingering aftertaste, but for some strange reason, from the second sip, it became mellower and more crisp ❗🤗. I am looking forward to the change when I drink the rest in a few days. 😀 😀 ★★★☆☆☆☆
