We received a bottle of Kiku Bijin.
Slightly yellowish sake, slightly spicy to puffy. Young melon - slightly almond-like.
Moderate weak acidity (not sour).
It would be delicious if it were heated up! It has a nice warmed-up taste.
Went well with cream cheese monaka (like taiyaki) 😋.
