I drank too much yesterday, so today I'm going to enjoy it with a little bit of sipping ✨.
The aroma is mild, the mouthfeel is soft, and the sweetness is short and full of umami. It is a fresh sake with a slight bitterness.
The taste was clear and fresh 😀. ichiro18Wazo Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture, has a direct sales office on the outskirts of Kimitsu City, which I visited after eating Takeoka Ramen. The brands include Takeoka, Seisen, and Shikanozan.
This sake is only listed as Wazo, but looking online, it seems to be from the Shikanoyama series, so we check in here.
The aroma is mild, and when you drink it, it has a slight piquancy and great umami, which spreads in your mouth. It has a delicious acidity that is refreshing from the umami.
