On a trip to Nagano, we stopped at Togakushi Shrine and Zenkoji Temple, stayed overnight at a hotel in Shiga Kogen, and had a cup of sake served cold.
The sake was sweeter than expected and easy to drink.
The spiciness and richness were moderate.
