I had given up drinking Kume-Zakura because they mainly have one bottle and almost no draft sake, but I went to Enibrew in Nakamozu to buy some GW because it was in stock at the time I was interested in the sake that Hirupeko had posted. It has an atmosphere like a gassy sweet summer. The impression is that it finishes with strong acidity and bitterness. I thought it might not be my favorite because of its dry specs, but it has a unique and interesting taste and is delicious. The aftertaste is a mixture of sweetness and dry astringency. Perhaps because Oyama G Beer is more famous, the information about sake on the official website is rather flimsy... The label on the back of the bottle says "April 26th", but the back label says "March", which is correct? Does it mean the shipment is on April 26?

Hi Hirupeco 😃 Yancha is the perfect word to describe it 😆. It's not as swish because of the high alcohol content, but it's delicious with sour accents 😋.

The brewery is famous for its Shiga Kogen beer. Sake is not available outside of the prefecture, so it seems rare. Speaking of Shiga Kogen, I remember going there for skiing on a school excursion in junior high school. At that time, the Kansai area was covered by Docomo, Cellular, J-Phone, and Tukur, so I remember how happy I was when I saw a signboard of IDO in Nagano. I bought it at Enibrew near Nakamozu station. It is a restaurant where you can drink craft beer, but they have been selling beer for a year now, and they also sell Japanese sake on an irregular basis. They seem to carry products from the craft beer breweries they deal with that sell sake. They have three brands: Enki, Seiki no Ichi, and Kumezakura. There was also Kinmon-nishiki, but I chose Yamae-nishiki. Slightly effervescent. Full of umami, with a lot of gusto. There is a bitterness at the end. It has a unique atmosphere. There is a coffee and caramel-like aroma.

Good evening bouken 😁. This is a good craft beer store. I used to go there often when I had a workplace nearby, but now they sell sake as well 😳.

Rice sweetness. The sweetness of the rice and the acidity are well balanced, flavorful, and very easy to drink. Although it is nigori sake, it has umami and sharpness. It is a drink that you can enjoy slowly and leisurely. A drink that can be enjoyed slowly and leisurely. Perfect for the final stages of a brewery's production.

It has a mild sweetness and soft flavor of rice, and is very easy to drink with a refreshing taste. It is crisp, but has a deep richness that is typical of nama sake, and is very luxurious. Delicious! A luxurious cup.

Mild rice sweetness. The taste is smooth, gentle, and full of flavor, as if you are tasting koji (malted rice). It is very tasty with a slight sweetness and acidity like La France. It is sake, but it tastes like wine. Lovely!
