Pallate : [ Cold ] Starts with sweet potato flavour throughout. Its like a baby imo-shochu [ Hot ] Strong roasted sweet potato that lingers and goes mellow.
Overview: Pretty good served chilled, but much preferred it served warm. Flavours are amplified, really flavourful, bold sweet potato. Was never amazed by warm sake, I always want it now [ Hot @55 celcius ]

I regularly buy this sake from Niigata.
It has a distinctive label, and this time it was an unfiltered Hachiro-shibori pure sake. It was sweet and mellow and delicious.

香りはとても変わってる！チョコレートケーキのよう🍰^_^ すごい笑
とても濃醇、少々の酸味と濃い米の甘み！これうまいなあ。

Rich and almost syrupy the first sip hits you with strong complex flavors of fruit, grape and creaminess. With a definite rice nuance. Enjoyed with fresh homemade pasta noodle sautéed with large prawn shrimp, garlic and butter.

たかね錦を意識して飲んだのは初めて。

私の新潟のお酒のイメージとは違う印象。

中国の方々に「袋取り」が静かなブームになっているようです。私があれこれ試飲して悩んでいたところ、一番高いのを躊躇なくご購入されていました。試飲はしたようです。
コイツは、まさに旨辛！です。特に辛味が鼻や喉に残り、この余韻は好みです。
「袋取り」だから美味しいのか分かりませんが、旨い酒はに国境はない...なんてね。

蒲原 純米吟醸無濾過袋取り生原酒
新潟でお友達のヘアメイクさんが巡業ついでに買ってきてくれた、たかね錦を使った酒。
最近脱豊潤旨口を心がけているのだが、かといって昔ながらの淡麗辛口に戻りたいわけではない。
その間の豊潤を持ちながらもスッキリ辛口で終わる酒を探している。
この蒲原は中々理想の一つかもしれない。フルーティー具合は洋梨と例える人もいるようで新潟酒のテイストも含んでいる。もっと飲んで勉強したいお酒だった。
