Nosing : [ Cold ] - hints of sweet potato [ Hot ] Rich roasted sweet potato scent Pallate : [ Cold ] Starts with sweet potato flavour throughout. Its like a baby imo-shochu [ Hot ] Strong roasted sweet potato that lingers and goes mellow. Overview: Pretty good served chilled, but much preferred it served warm. Flavours are amplified, really flavourful, bold sweet potato. Was never amazed by warm sake, I always want it now [ Hot @55 celcius ] 67 / 100 [ Cold ] 80 / 100 [ Hot ]

Nosing : Aromatic, fresh-slightly-sour-plum Pallate : Very complex, quick shift of flavour within - sweet cotton / soft, sour. The finish is really smooth with all flavour complementing the slight dryness Overview: Definitely a safe keeper - good to stock a few for pleasure drinking. 69 / 100 Nosing : Stronger fermented nosing, slight sweetness but underplayed compared to the other 2 variants Pallate : Starts with a bold dry flavour, with the slight hints of aromatic flavour (cotton sweetness, sour fermentation & slight sake dryness ) Overall : Its slight 1 year aging gave it a good balance of nice sweetness at the start to slight twist of dry at the end.
