Sake that I drank at the Sake-1 Grand Prix and had a good impression of Made with Yamadanishiki produced in Yosano Town. Lots of bubbles in the glass. It is fresh and gassy. It has a gorgeous, juicy, sweet flavor, but depending on the food it is served with, the second half can be bitter. I like the fact that it still has a gassy feeling even after a few days. It's a little expensive at 2200 yen per 4gou 😅.

The liquor store in Kuise went out of business and we couldn't buy 100 rice bales, so we went to Furuki Sake-ten near Panasta. The store was also promoting Gamba ⚽ The brands they carry are Kiyotsuru, Katano Sakura, Yamazaru, Sanzen, Daikoku Masamune, Yone Hyakutawara, Yosamusume, etc. Yosamusume is a new brand! It's not an easy place to get to because it's far from the station and up a steep hill 💦. According to the official SNS, it is unfiltered and the rice is Takananishiki. It has a mild sweetness and acidity with a dry astringency in the latter half. The sweetness and sourness are both fluffy and cute 😽. Overall, it is refreshing, but there is also a strong alcohol taste. Personally, I would like to see more sweetness and umami, but it was sweeter than I expected 🤔.

It's a slightly ripe drink that's been sitting in the store for nearly a year, but it's basically refreshing and smooth and sweet. The spiciness fades out at the end.
