Summary: Hitokochochi is easy to dissolve. It has been brewed for 77 days and has an alcohol content of 11%. It has been 4 years since EARTH2018. The new steamer increases the sweetness, so the acidity is increased. 20% koji. Thermal tank brewing. Pairing dish introduction (cold tantanmen noodles looks good).
