Sake from Iga-ya Sake Brewery in Nagano, Japan! I was told that it is brewed by a husband and wife team, and that it is rare and available only in a limited number of places. I decided on this one. The French words "Harmonie" and "Harmonie" are also very nice and wine-like. It would be nice to drink it on an anniversary or a romantic day or to give as a gift... The aroma is not strong... At first, I felt a tingling sensation! I thought it tasted like wine, but after a little while, it became sweet and tasted different!

Sake from the brewery that was popular last year at the Nagano sake event, YOMOYAMA NAGANO, is now available for drinking at home. It is a small brewery run by a couple. The sake is low in alcohol, high in acidity, fruity, and very modern. It really is like wine. I think it will grow in the future. I'm sure it will grow in the future 😋😋😋😋😋.
