I sleep weirdly too much and this is exhausting 😅💦. I don't remember who it was that said that sleep is not accumulated even if you sleep a lot, so lack of sleep will never be solved 🤔. Igaya Sake Brewery IWASHIMIZU Eclipse2022 Unpasteurized Harmonie Polishing ratio not disclosed Alcohol content: 12% Sake brewing rice produced in Nakano, Shinshu 100%. This is the sake with the least advance information of all the sake I have purchased so far. I bought it as a set, so I don't know the price of this one by itself. The freshness of the raw sake is restrained, with a hint of sweetness at first, but then it changes to a lighter taste like that of young grass on a prairie. Perhaps it is because of the low alcohol content. As the label says, it is recommended to be paired with food rather than to be drunk by itself.
