I received this [Yukido] of [Ginda River] as a Niigata souvenir. It's unfiltered sake, but it has a gentle mouthfeel that you wouldn't think is unfiltered. It has a slightly tart feel on the tongue and down the throat. I think it's a taste that can be enjoyed by all. I think I will drink it slowly and patiently.

Today's cup of sake is the second one. It's written "Gintagawa", "Chibitagawa", and it's not easy to read. I was attracted by the name and bought it. After the Katafune, it seemed a bit thin, but when it was heated up to 45 degrees, the flavor and strength spread quickly. It's perfect with salted fish for a side dish. It was another dark night with the emergency declaration, but we had a great time with Joetsu sake.
