I'm at my new place today!
We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait!
The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake!
And there is a mushroom-like taste in the aftertaste.
There was also a sake from my new job, but I didn't dare to drink it. I'll leave it for the future 😌.
Slightly dry and thick sake. It has a strong bitterness.
In my opinion, I'd like to drink it warmed up a bit in winter.
It is too heavy to drink in this hot season, so even cold sake is a bit hard to drink.
Also, the cost is very bad. I think it is not worth 3,500 yen for a bottle.
