It has a very rich taste that is not typical of Daiginjo.
There is almost no acidity, and the firm sweetness and the slight bitterness that supports it make the outline, which tends to be blurred by the density, clear.
The aftertaste is dense but short, with a clear impression rather than a cloudy one.

This sake has a spicy and rich taste in the throat.
It can be served lukewarm😅.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness, but soon the spiciness spreads quite a bit. It was a mellow, delicious, dry sake. From the name, I thought it would go well with sashimi, but it would also go well with darkly seasoned meat dishes.
Clear, slightly yellow.
Slightly ripe scent on the nose. It's not quite caramel. It also has a freshness like green bamboo and fresh greenery.
The taste is tight to full-bodied. The crispness is beautiful. It is a bit piquant on the tongue.
