The Honorary Director is from Yamagata Prefecture
No special characteristics, but it is a dry sake that is good enough for everyday drinking.
It goes well with beef liver skewers and horse mackerel meatballs.

I was so happy to see it. It is a very, very "wasteful" sake if you drink it at random. It is a word that I have not spoken for a long time. It was a sake that made me feel the word "Oh my God, Yamagata! I was satisfied. Very satisfied. It is too good to drink for sleeping after work, but it is so delicious (*^^*) that even on a day when you say, "I'm so tired today, I want to drink it and go to bed!
The best sake in the world. I regret my lack of interest in this sake, as it is commonly sold in Yamagata Prefecture. m(_ _)mI will actively buy and drink it from now on.
