A family member seemed to have received a bottle of sake...but it was a limited edition brand from the Limbel's catalog gift shop.
Perhaps it was because I let it sit at room temperature for quite a while, but it had a mild sweetness with a clean and crisp aftertaste without any peculiarities!
It was perfect for both the feeling of not being overpowered by strong-flavored snacks and the feeling that it would flow nicely!

This is my first time to drink Kasumijoju.
The Honorary Director is from Yamagata Prefecture
No special characteristics, but it is a dry sake that is good enough for everyday drinking.
It goes well with beef liver skewers and horse mackerel meatballs.
