A single-bottle of ginjo fresh-stored sake from a brewery in Higashinada (Narumi). Very pleasant sake quality. It's the season of hydrangea👍.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

A souvenir from Chiba. I drank it at room temperature. It is dry and has a subtle sourness. A hard-core image? Thankfully, I have more sake (gifts) these days, and I have three more bottles to go (^^) Dangerous.
