Thankfully, I have more sake (gifts) these days, and I have three more bottles to go (^^)

Sweetness and a little bitterness on the back palate. Good aroma.
Special Junmai ODORIKARI AKITA SAKAKOMACHI🌾
A little creamy, with a little melon candy, and low alcohol content. It is easy to drink. Dry afterwards. Easy to drink😋

The taste comes after a delay in the mouth.
It's not the type I drink very often.
It has a faint but mellow aroma.
It is dry and crisp, but the alcohol is moderate and refreshing.
It says bonito, but I paired it with firefly squid and vinegared miso, and it was a good combination.
I wonder if it would be even better with bonito.
