After work, I had a drink with my colleagues. Good quality sashimi and special Junmai sake from Higashinada. It is a local sake brewery in Katsuura, Chiba Prefecture that also produces Narumi, but Higashinada is not as sharp or flashy as Narumi, but it has a good balance of soft rice flavor, lightness, and refreshing acidity. As a sake from a port town, it goes well with seafood.

After work, we went to our usual izakaya that stocks sake from the Higashinada brewery in Katsuura👍. It is fizzy and refreshing. I've had it many times and it's good 😋.

A drink after work 🍶. This izakaya offers sake from the "Higashinada" and "Narumi" breweries in Katsuura, Chiba Prefecture. The store owner opened the bottle and blew out the cork 👍. Fresh and effervescent, with a taste that goes well with seafood. We had 3 🍶🍶🍶 glasses. It was delicious.

I drank Higashinada, so I'll have Narumi. It reads, Narumi. It is a light nigori with a fizzy taste, and it is delicious👍. The fried horse mackerel is also quite good and blissful 😊.
