We had a bottle of Natsuko Monogatari Junmai Ginjo Namaisouzakashu.
The aroma is mild.
The taste is right in the middle of sweet and spicy, with a fluffy sweetness that switches to dryness before running out.
It is delicious!
I have the impression that Niigata sakes in general are suited for food sake and are dry 😊 Of course, that is a good thing👍.
