It has a nice ginjo aroma, it's refreshing and seems to go well with Japanese food✨.
It tastes different from the trendy type of sake nowadays, but I think it's the perfect sake for a meal 😊.

The history of Sobana dates back to the late Edo period, when Chuzaemon Kishida, a master brewer who devised the Tamba Toji style of sake brewing, perfected the art of sake brewing.
One of the reasons why "Sobana" has been coveted by sake lovers is that it was patronized by Lord Yodo Yamauchi of the Tosa Domain and Emperor Meiji at the end of the Edo period, who were known for their great love of sake.
