Sobana" has a long history. It is a famous sake made by Chuzaemon Kishida, a master brewer who devised the Tamba Toji style of sake brewing at the end of the Edo period (1603-1868).
One of the reasons why "Sobana" has been coveted by sake lovers is that it was patronized by Lord Yodo Yamauchi of the Tosa Domain and Emperor Meiji at the end of the Edo period, who were known for their great love of sake.

At Sonezaki. This is the second time this month I came here to eat fugu (blowfish). On the summer day of the Ox (^-^) lol.
It is served with the aroma of grilled fugu without the aroma from cold sake.
It is a mellow and refreshing food sake.

I have fond memories of the TV commercials of "Nihonzakari is a good sake. I went to the Sake Brewery Street Brick Hall several times for lunch, so I took a look at the website and was amazed! It is said to be a "fantastic sake" (((o(*▽▽*)o))) and they continue to preserve the tradition of sake as it was in the past and still is today!
