Nihonzakari Sobana Super Special Junmai Ginjo
The aroma is also mild, with a strong acidity and a sake-like feel. It also has a spiciness that tingles on the tongue. Oh, this is spicy😅.

Sobana" has a long history. It is a famous sake made by Chuzaemon Kishida, a master brewer who devised the Tamba Toji style of sake brewing at the end of the Edo period (1603-1868).
One of the reasons why "Sobana" has been coveted by sake lovers is that it was patronized by Lord Yodo Yamauchi of the Tosa Domain and Emperor Meiji at the end of the Edo period, who were known for their great love of sake.

I came here to drink 😁.
Certainly a mild taste.
The aroma is not so strong.
But on the other hand, I might just go for it 😂.
Second!
This Sobana Junmai Ginjo was the first Japanese sake to have the honor of being designated as an Imperial Sake by the Imperial Household Agency, and was used at the coronation ceremonies of emperors from Taisho to Heisei.
Ehsen🤓.
Now, let's enjoy it as if we were invited to the palace 😄.
It's very well-balanced 💖.
Elegant and luxurious, but not showy.
Rich in flavor but not distracting from the meal.
Wonderfully calculated and mild.
Nihonmori, I'm impressed ✨.
Perhaps if this were a palace.
I would have asked for another 🤤.
The crowd of people in the precincts of the shrine was crowded
Sorry to bother you here as well 💦Nihonmori has such a classy sake 😳‼I love the meaning of the brand name ✨.
High in the sky, a voice at the shrine, sake and
Good morning, Pon-chan ☁️I tend to miss major breweries, but you're right! I'm sure you're right 😄Major breweries in Nishinomiya also have restaurants and souvenir shops, which are also very fashionable 😽.
Good morning, Mr. Uma Uma Uma Uma!
Oh, Sohana! I missed you .......
And this Fuestebowu at Nishinomiya Shrine, which I went to a long time ago. ......
Well... it looks like a lot of fun!
Thank you for coming too, Sakeran 😊It was the first time in 3 years and it was a great turnout 🎉There were lines and lines to enter and to buy alcohol 😅and 2 ambulances were also dispatched 💦because of the delicious alcohol.
Is it a traditional sake?
When served cold, it had a closed feeling, but when slightly warmed, it has a nice aroma and flavor.
When served slightly warm, it has a nice aroma and umami flavor.
At Sonezaki. This is the second time this month I came here to eat fugu (blowfish). On the summer day of the Ox (^-^) lol.
It is served with the aroma of grilled fugu without the aroma from cold sake.
It is a mellow and refreshing food sake.
P.S.
I have fond memories of the TV commercials of "Nihonzakari is a good sake. I went to the Sake Brewery Street Brick Hall several times for lunch, so I took a look at the website and was amazed! It is said to be a "fantastic sake" (((o(*▽▽*)o))) and they continue to preserve the tradition of sake as it was in the past and still is today!
BEAT, nice to meet you😊.
I always enjoy fugu fin sake as an after dinner drink. LOL!
And I don't know why all the fugu restaurants I go to don't have much junmai sake! 😆
I drank some of the sake I received😊.
It has a nice ginjo aroma, it's refreshing and seems to go well with Japanese food✨.
It tastes different from the trendy type of sake nowadays, but I think it's the perfect sake for a meal 😊.
Mr. Jyou
This was a sake I had not heard much about Nihonzakari.
Thanks to the fact that I am gradually getting used to sake, I was able to enjoy this type of sake as well 😊.
