Tasting event at Okayama Sake Shop (9)
This is nigorizake!
It's like a nigorizake made by collecting the oli from the sake brewery 😊.
Sweet and easy to drink with little bitterness 😍 Doburoku 😊.
Good evening, bouken 😊.
I drank too much and don't remember what it tasted like, but I think it was sweet, 😅.
I think it was sweet... 😅 The owner said it's a great deal for 900m! He said so😊.
The aroma is moderately sweet.
The upper throat is also moderately soft, though,
The sweetness is further lifted by the tailings, and the roundness of the taste completes it.
It is just as if the tailings are gathered and united.
This sake is similar to a thick, so-called doburoku.
The sweetness is surprisingly moderate, and the natural sweetness of the lees can be felt in this sake.
The blissful combination of the shwashy carbonation of the activated sake and the fruity leesiness of the sake.
It is one of the pleasures of this season.
