りおうOfuku Masamune Yamakoshi is a limited edition sake from Niigata Ofuku Shuzo. It is a robust yet easy-drinking sake with a rich, mellow rice flavor. のののんI was tasting it at the Ponshu-kan and it was so refreshing and mildly delicious that I bought a bottle without a second thought.
My grandfather used to drink Ofuku all the time, so it left a deep impression on me and I like the taste. ☺️☺️ バーボンPolishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.3

Not too strong, but rather heavy and tasty. It goes well with the mozuku seaweed 👍I prefer the powerful mozuku seaweed from the Sea of Japan to the mozuku seaweed from Okinawa ☺️ It's mild and delicious with the salt from the fried yam isobe 😆 Tea beans also promote the sake 😆.
