The sake I received from TOMO's petit offline in a few months. Thanks for the weight 😊. I have never heard of Chiyono-en Sake Brewery. It's The Local Sake of Kumamoto. I looked it up on the internet and it seems to be an interesting brewery that makes sake that goes well with cocoa cigarettes. This one was a kijoshu. It has a strong sweetness and acidity. I heated up half of it because I have a grandfather for sourness. Naturally, the sweetness increased and the acidity decreased. The second season of the M-League is in its final stages. The catch-up from the bottom is amazing. The voices calling out and expectations are also amazing. The star of the show will show up late, so they want us to stay calm and wait.

We had a drink with Tomo-san who came to Tokyo on a business trip. We drank a lot of things, but aside from the review, we opened a bottle of this one that we got as a souvenir to accompany our happy memories! I opened a bottle of this one! The "Chiyono-en" is the brewery of "Kikuchi-gawa" which I enjoyed when I drank it in Kumamoto. On the first day of opening the bottle, I had the impression that it was a very strong and robust man's sake, but after a night's rest, the aroma was already fruity. The aroma is already fruity 😳. The balance between the umami and the bitterness is great! 😆👍👍 How can the taste change so much in just one night? It grew so well 😋😋. tomo! Thanks for the Kumamoto sake! 🙇‍♂️

The 11th brewery in the "Hankyu Brewery Festival 2023". Chiyozonoen", Chiyozonoen Shuzo, Kumamoto Prefecture Chiyozonoen Brewery was also at the Japanese Sake Festival, so I was going to drink "Taido" which I didn't remember from the Hebereke, but they didn't bring it 🤣. I wanted to try their specialty red sake first and forgot to ask them if I should drink this 😅. Around here, I'm very drunk 😱. Higo's specialty red sake Junmai Daiginjo with Stars and Cats Hoshi to Neko Junmai Daiginjo Junmai Ginjo Kumamoto Shinriki Chiyono-en Excel Higo Tokusan Aka-shu is a local specialty made using traditional methods, and tastes sweet and somewhat like Mirin. Hoshi, Cat, and Junmai Daiginjo" is a sake made in the image of Tera, a stray cat who became the signature cat. The label is cute and the sake is delicious. The "Kono Kuni Sake" is made from rice that is not part of Morikuma-san's rice crop. It is a good value for money, and is a pure rice sake with a 78% polishing ratio. Junmai Ginjo Kumamoto Jinryoku" has a slightly bitter taste. Chiyodaien Excel" is my favorite, a refined sake that has been aged in the bottle. It has a nice mouthfeel and does not have much of an aged feel. The price is also very reasonable.

Hankyu Brewery Festival 8 Chiyonen Sake Brewery in Kumamoto. Three of us came together, so the brewery asked us if we were doing sake circles. 🤣. It's too much trouble to explain the details, so I just said something like that 😅. I answered 😅. We tasted Higo Specialty Red Sake Junmai Daiginjo with Stars and Cats Now available in Sake Daiginjo Excel Junmai Ginjo Kumamoto Shinriki Junmai Daiginjo Shuubai The red sake is so rich and sweet that you may think it is mirin (sweet sake). Akashu is so sweet that you would think it is mirin. Hoshi to Neko is surprisingly dry. Daiginjo Excel is fruity and my favorite! My memory is getting fuzzier and fuzzier...

Hankyu Brewery Festival🍶8th Brewery Kumamoto's famous red sake brewery! Junmai Daiginjo with a star and a cat Daiginjo Chidai-en Excel Junmai Daiginjo Shuubai Lutemi discovered Hoshi to Neko to! This sake in a cute bottle is a Junmai Daiginjo and properly delicious 😁. The other two bottles are cork stoppers! I wanted them to be able to breathe while they were aging 😳. Chiyoen Excel, a sake like wine✨. It was a sweet and tart sake with a nice mouthfeel!

Hankyu Brewery Festival Freshly pressed sake preserved with a cork stopper. It had a refreshing acidity. This brewery makes akashu (red sake), which only two breweries in Kumamoto produce, so we were allowed to taste this as well. It is the oldest form of sake and is somewhat reminiscent of mirin (rice wine), but it is also sake. It looks like it was made by three cats that lived in the brewery. I regret that I didn't buy it.

Kumamoto part3😊 I liked it with yamame (landlocked salmon) but it was good with pork kakuni (pork belly). With stewed pork cubes (^^) Unlike the fresh stored sake I had before this one, it matched the strong taste 😋.
