Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.

It is elegant, easy to drink and delicious! It may be similar to Takachiyo's Junmai Daiginjo. Not too sweet, delicious! With the course at the inn (sashimi, cotan nabe, porridge, etc.)! Comet 35% Daiginjo The stopper was attached to the stopper, so I was expecting a "pop" when I opened the bottle! Now, open the bottle! Hmm? No pop (laugh)! It was a gift from a person who doesn't usually drink sake, so it came in a 35% Paulownia box with a stopper. It looks like he chose a good-looking sake. It tastes like a good old-fashioned sake. At Grand Front Osaka Minami-kan 7F, Nukkan Sato Try a small drink (80ml 500 yen). 100% Hokkaido-grown "Ginpu" sake rice is used. Moderate aroma but clear taste with a high degree of purity. Not too sweet, not too spicy, firmly fruity❗️ Speaking of Kita-no-Honorari, I had the impression that it was drunk every time there was a sake barrel in the drama "Kita no Kuni Kara" (probably) ^_^ But thanks to this store, even someone like myself who lives in a rural area and has not used online shopping, I can see myself winning the nation ❗️. For now, we're lucky to have the magic number 3 lit up.

We drank Kita-no-Honorari Junmai-Daiginjo in a cold glass. The taste is dry. The aroma spreads in the mouth, but it has a peculiar taste that is more like a Japanese sake than a fruity one. Drinking this kind of sake as a mid-meal drink is the best way to enjoy it! Yuck! Good snacks!
