glory of the north
Sweet aroma, soft attack. Clear, sweet and bitter taste, goes in easily and has a faint aftertaste.
Goes well with the accompanying tuna sashimi.
Umeda drink. Sweet taste is a little. After the fried chicken, the taste is lost... After the fried chicken, the unique feeling is suppressed and it is delicious!
Three kinds of Hokkaido local sake are drunk in comparison with each other.
Taisetsu no kura: Kinuyuki
Kitanohomare: Kishigoten
Otokoyama: Sake brewing
Sweet to spicy
Kitanohomare is my personal favorite🥰
It is elegant, easy to drink and delicious! It may be similar to Takachiyo's Junmai Daiginjo. Not too sweet, delicious!
With the course at the inn (sashimi, cotan nabe, porridge, etc.)! I wish I could buy this one to take home.
Junmai Daiginjo Kishigoden
