Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.

It is elegant, easy to drink and delicious! It may be similar to Takachiyo's Junmai Daiginjo. Not too sweet, delicious! With the course at the inn (sashimi, cotan nabe, porridge, etc.)! I wish I could buy this one to take home. Junmai Daiginjo Kishigoden Alcohol content: over 15 degrees and under 16 degrees Rice polishing ratio: 50%. 100% Ginkaze from Hokkaido

Comet 35% Daiginjo The stopper was attached to the stopper, so I was expecting a "pop" when I opened the bottle! Now, open the bottle! Hmm? No pop (laugh)! It was a gift from a person who doesn't usually drink sake, so it came in a 35% Paulownia box with a stopper. It looks like he chose a good-looking sake. It tastes like a good old-fashioned sake.
