Try a small drink (80ml 500 yen).
100% Hokkaido-grown "Ginpu" sake rice is used. Moderate aroma but clear taste with a high degree of purity. Not too sweet, not too spicy, firmly fruity❗️
Speaking of Kita-no-Honorari, I had the impression that it was drunk every time there was a sake barrel in the drama "Kita no Kuni Kara" (probably) ^_^
But thanks to this store, even someone like myself who lives in a rural area and has not used online shopping, I can see myself winning the nation ❗️.
For now, we're lucky to have the magic number 3 lit up.

We drank Kita-no-Honorari Junmai-Daiginjo in a cold glass. The taste is dry. The aroma spreads in the mouth, but it has a peculiar taste that is more like a Japanese sake than a fruity one. Drinking this kind of sake as a mid-meal drink is the best way to enjoy it! Yuck! Good snacks!

北の誉 純米生です。久しぶりに外でお酒をいただきました。北の誉の今までの印象を覆す純米感と生感が良かった！3本空けて、その後懲りずに久保田飲んだけど、こっちの方が美味しかった感じ。もうきちんと判断出来る状態ではなかったんだけどね。

北の誉 本醸造辛口です。以前同じお酒の普通酒？かな？を飲んで、日光の一歩手前だったので、頼むのやめようかと思いつつ、本醸造は違うのかな？なんて期待しながらお願いしました。申し訳ないけど、同じ印象でした。残念。
