It was served warm.
Lactic acid flavor.
Not much sweetness, slightly bitter.
Bitter aftertaste, dry and disappears quickly.

The sharp acidity from the very slight acidity lasts for a long time.
It has a nice sharpness that disappears quickly 😆.
No sweetness, but the alcohol feeling that comes after is pleasant 😆.
A dry junmai daiginjo that is not sweet 🍶.

It's Sunday in the middle of Golden Week and unfortunately I have to go to work tomorrow...
So I opened a bottle of sake made with up to 70% polished Aizan rice from Hyogo Prefecture 🍶.
You can feel the taste of Aizan 😆.

Palate cleanser with slight spritz. Clean slightly acidic. Not heavy so great nihonshu to start by itself without food, but worked well with lighter snacks.
