This is not a strange sake, but it is a local brand of Chiyo Shuzo, the brewer of Shinomine.
I drank it heated.
The initial aroma is of alcohol with a hint of acidity.
It was a bit unusual in that it was very dry in the mouth, like water, but the acidity was accentuated by a tangy taste at the end.
The owner said it was like drinking water when chilled.
Thank you for the sake!
Sake (3) that I drank at a Japanese restaurant.
Slightly effervescent and refreshing to the stomach 😉.
It's also a good aperitif to take a break from cooking!
Chiyo Shuzo

The brewery is located in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture.
The rice is 66% polished Yamadanishiki produced in Nara Prefecture.
It has a gentle and refreshing aroma, soft rice flavor, and a refreshing aftertaste.
The aroma is gentle and refreshing, the taste of rice is soft, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
#Japanese Sake
A brand for the local market with 100 dewy leaves wind.
It has a strong aroma and flavor of Nara sake, and while the sugar content of the liquid is very high, it is easily cut by the unique bitterness of the dewy leaf style. It is easily cut by the bitterness.
It is also interesting to note that the 2019BY has been aged for two years.
It's a perfect accompaniment to a nightcap. I can feel the great technique in the casual way it is written.

Hot!!! A spicy and slender food sake from the attack.
Even though it is a junmai daiginjo with a 50% rice polishing ratio, it is a food sake with little ginjo aroma.
This brand was recommended by a local who is from Gosho, who said that when he thinks of Gosho, he thinks of Kaze no Mori or Chiyo. I realized once again that Kaze no Mori is a sweet sake, while the locals drink a spicy food sake.
I love to drink it at home ♬ it is a gift from my friend from Nara 🙏.
I thought this kind of sake in 300ml bottles 😰 but it is easy to drink 😁 It tastes different from Kushira and Shinomine from the same brewery.
