＜Sweet, bitter, powerful, fruity
Yuki Sake Brewery's second consecutive release.
This sake miraculously survived in the refrigerated warehouse of the Yuki Brewery, which lost two buildings in a fire on May 11.
The aroma is a robust flavor of fragrant grains and brown rice. It also has a hint of sweetness.
In the mouth, it has a gentle, slightly carbonated taste. And then, the low-polished, robust umami and acidity comes in with a whammy! It has a strong graininess and is quite powerful. But it also has a fruity flavor, and it tastes gradually delicious. Interesting!
This is the same Akaban Omachi and has some similarities to Michikozakura. However, the rice polishing ratio of 60 and 90 is quite different. This one is even more powerful.
If we were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Shokichi, the main character in "Heisei Raccoon War Ponpoko". It has the strength of a stubborn survivor, the bitterness of having his friends destroyed, and the sweet-sourness of being in love with Okiyo.
