The remaining Haneya's are gone, so I opened a bottle right away❗️.
The aroma is mild.
The taste is quite thick, and there is a sense of having been aged, but there is no miscellaneous taste at all, and it is clear ️.
The taste of the rice and the slight bitterness as it fades away is the best I've had in a while 😄✨.
This is the best sake I've had in a while.

This is the only limited edition of this brand of Hozu that is wrapped in newspaper. It's like the Chochin of Japanese sake.
After you feel the strong flavor of the rice, the bitterness lingers with the strong acidity.
Overall, it is a powerful sake with a characteristic taste like unfiltered sake.
The second day after opening the package, the gorgeous aroma increases, it becomes mellow, and the bitterness becomes moderate, making it easier to drink.

We had a lot of Hiroshima sake, but I picked up Takara Kotobuki for the first time.
I didn't have a chance to taste it carefully, but I thought it was a nice, dry sake that would go well with sweet flavors.
