It was very light and dry, as expected from Mt. Fuji's underground water, and it went in easily.

The rice used is "Yamadanishiki", "Miyamanishiki" and "Gohyakumangoku". Is this the first time for Fuji Takasago? It's definitely dry, but it's not like a +10. It is soft on the palate, light and refreshing, but with a solid flavor. There is a sweetness behind the spiciness. The finish is crisp and clean, and goes away quickly. This is a good sake to drink during meals, and a very good sake for everyday drinking!

The strongest sake I know in terms of cost. I can't believe you can drink this in the 1,000 yen range (1 square bottle). It has the umami characteristic of Yamahai with a citrus-like acidity. Great with hot sake. It's a great sake for everyday drinking.

I bought this sake when I was out at the end of the year. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki, but surprisingly the ginjo aroma is quite modest. The taste is also not like Junmai Daiginjo. I could enjoy the flavor of the rice very much. Even so, it has the impression of being a little hard, and the aftertaste is firmly spicy. It was an unexpected sake in many ways.

It has a refreshing aroma like muscat and a slight greenish color. It is slightly thick. The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly sweet, with a soft muscat aroma and a spicy aftertaste that fills the mouth.

Sweet aroma, refreshing down the throat and dry finish. A well-balanced drink. (O^^o) Easy to drink. Is it a sake that women like? The first sip is sweet, but not insistent and I never get tired of it.
