I happened to come across this sake brewery, Fuji Takasago Shuzo, on a drive, and the shopkeeper recommended the Sunshu Nakaya Yamahai Honjozo Nama Genshu.
As the label on the bottle says, it's a "smooth, fluffy, and crisp" sake. This is delicious! We drank it up in no time at all. It's a sake I want to buy again.

I bought this sake when I was out at the end of the year.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki, but surprisingly the ginjo aroma is quite modest. The taste is also not like Junmai Daiginjo. I could enjoy the flavor of the rice very much.
Even so, it has the impression of being a little hard, and the aftertaste is firmly spicy.
It was an unexpected sake in many ways.
