It's probably a blend of Yamahai sake from the same brewery.
If you heat it up, the acidity comes out and the balance of sweet and spicy is perfect.
It costs around 2200 yen per bottle.
It's a very economical sake, and I like the flavor of the Yamahai, so I'd like to enjoy it as a weeknight sake.
