I made a delicious Tsumami (Japanese snack) and wanted to commemorate the occasion. Chicken thigh teriyaki was made by mixing Mikawa mirin and Hatcho miso with Tomoe soy sauce from Hokkaido. Chidori vinegar was added as a secret ingredient, Now, what a pleasure it is to enjoy the tsumami, a dish filled with the wisdom of the various countries of Japan, with sake from Kyoto. After all, Japan is the best (tipsy)!
