March 23, 2016 Drinking with dinner at home. Japanese spirit This is the first time I've had it. Faint gas and fresh. The sweetness spreads on the palate. Slightly sweeter than the glorious morning squirt. I'm not sure. It's not going to last, so it's neat. You can drink. I'm going to have some boiled mudako eggs to go with it. I emptied one out feeling good.

I bought it because I was impressed with the tasting. I heard that Ehime Ikkai's brand for the local market is Nihonshin. It has a thick and unique flavor. It's sweet, but it's not modern, it's classic. It has a sweetness that is a little like an aged sake.

松山三井、薄い黄色、うわだち香は、ほのかな花の香り、これは、仄かですか、素晴らしい芳香、アカシア、味わいは、きもとのアミノ酸、ほのかに甘く、旨味が感じられる、これは、悦凱陣風。子供はお休みなさい、これから大人の時間ですよって感じのお酒。どちらかというとドライで厚みはそこそこ、旨味が印象的のお酒、あまり濃くない肉戸かに、合うかなあ。
