2021 Season "I'll drink my #opponent!
Section 9 ⚽ Vanlare Hachinohe ⚽.
The company was founded in the Edo period. Sake brewing started in 1889. When the company was founded, it used water from the Hyakuseki River to brew its sake, so the character for "momo" was changed to "peach" to give it its name.
The catchphrase is "Good sake is known in the morning" (if you drink good sake, you won't have a hangover).
It doesn't appear on the product page of the brewery's official website, so maybe it's an Aeon exclusive?
The taste is different from what I imagined, and it's not quite dry enough.
I warmed it up to a much higher temperature to try it out, and it turned out to be just the way I like it.

I was attracted by the unusual cylindrical shape of the packaging and bought it.
When we took it out of the bottle, we found that the cylindrical sake bottle with a beautiful illustration also looked cool.
It is said that the scene of a sea bream being swept up by the violent tide of the Kurushima Strait is expressed in one bottle.
I was happy to hear that this is a good souvenir for someone who likes sake, but then I heard that they are going to withdraw from the sake brewing business at the end of March (ToT).
One of the oldest sake breweries in the prefecture has closed its doors after more than 400 years of history.

Since its foundation, this sake brewery has maintained the Nanto Morohaku technique, which is said to be the foundation of today's brewing techniques established in the Muromachi period.
The brewery was one of the first to sell sake labeled "super dry". This sake has a sake strength of +13, which is even higher than the +12 of its No.1 popular brand.
You can feel the complex yet well-balanced acidity and bitterness that only a traditional sake brewer can produce. At the same time, it leaves a lingering DRY feeling and breaks off firmly.
If you want to enjoy the unparalleled sharpness, definitely drink it cold (room temperature).
The claim on the label is true!

Dinner at home.
I got some new sunfish.
I bought this one a while ago.
Opening.
Good, rich flavor of saury.
A gentle sake that neutralizes the feeling.
It's my personal favorite local brewery.
Since the Edo period, it has been called "Sanuki's Kompira Sake", a brother brand to Kinryo, which is a sacred sake of Konpira Shrine, the guardian deity of maritime traffic, and is loved by worshippers from all over Japan as well as the local community.
The lineup is said to consist mainly of "unfiltered, unpasteurized sake", but it is called "Ichibetsu" and was sold at the ion mall at room temperature, so I assume it was once heated.
Color: yellow with a hint of green.
Scent : Fruity aroma
Taste: sweet and full-bodied, then pungent and bitter on the palate.

Raw Rice : 100% Omachi
Rice polishing ratio : 65%.

The illustration of a sea bream is the strongest image of "Naruto Tai", but the illustration of a saury and the sudachi (Japanese radish), a local specialty, give this sake a pleasing label that is typical of the "hiyaoroshi" sake of autumn.
Color: Amur cork tree
Scent : Melon-like aroma
Taste: It has a strong sweetness, with light acidity.
A little bitterness is also present afterwards, but it has a mild taste like a hiyaoroshi.
Warm up the bottle and enjoy the change in flavor.
