The first green, which I don't remember much from the last year's Japanese Sake Festival.
I kept notes this time 😁.
I drank
Hatsuroroku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Polishing ratio 50%, Yamadanishiki, Sake degree 0
This is the one that Yucachin-san said resembles Shinshu Kamerei. It is sweet and fruity, and it certainly resembles Shinshu Kamerei 🤔.
I like the fact that it's made with Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, and priced in the 1600 yen range (tax not included)!
