The Sendai Aoba Festival will finally begin tomorrow. Last weekend, a purification ceremony and a lighting ceremony for the Date Gate were held, and everything is ready for the festival to get into full swing. Memorandum In Nagoya. Dinner with work friends who joined us there. This is a local sake. I thought they would let us drink it in a wine glass, but it was served in a regular sake cup 😆 All I remember is that it was delicious, light and easy to drink with just the right sweetness.

Purchased this as it was the first choice of a local liquor store. It has a mellow, banana-like aroma and is refreshing at the end of the drink. I drink a lot of raw sake, and words would be poor to describe it, but it is different in many ways.
