I bought it because it was described as slightly sweet, but I was not sure if it was sweet or not... I bought it because it was described as slightly sweet, but I was under the impression that this was sweet 🍶.
On the second day, it felt spicy like grated daikon radish 😂I don't know anymore😂.
It's hard to tell. It's good that it tastes good, but it would be cool to know 🍶.
It has no special characteristics, but it is an easy-drinking junmai ginjo that is just like a junmai ginjo in my opinion.
Although I don't think I would repeat this sake because of its lack of characteristics, it was a very good choice if it was served at a restaurant.
The owner of the sake shop where I often go to buy sake gave me a sample and it was delicious, so I bought it. It is a local sake from Aichi Prefecture. Slightly dry, refreshing and easy to drink. 1430 yen
Very fruity. Delicious fruit. Refreshing, like a pear. The aftertaste is very refreshing, I would drink it as much as I want.
Ingredient rice: Yumeginko
It was sold at Koba Shoten as unstrained sake.
Very tasty drunk chilled.
Aroma of rice
Almost no sweetness
Acidity not unpleasant
Light umami
Light on the palate
Clean and refreshing aftertaste
Sake with Dorara label
The dragon in "Toryu" is said to be taken from "Dragons".
Recommended chilled or lukewarm.
Sake in Moriyama-ku, Nagoya City
Nagoya has a surprising number of sake breweries
Tasteful, with a dry edge
Above all, it is inexpensive at about 400 yen for 300 ml.
It has a strong flavor and is perfect for everyday drinking if you have it.
Thanks for the food.
I'm GABURIPON, guzzling alcohol!
Oh, I made a mistake, it's Hune.
"Oh, my God, I'm so tired."
Kunipon, I won a nationwide gourmet gift catalog in a prize contest at a local supermarket!
I won a nationwide gourmet gift catalog!
Congratulations! Kunipon! You're welcome 🤗
And the one I chose is, of course, sake!
Tohun Shuzo's Toryu, Tatsudaya Special Junmai
and "Ryuzui Junmai Sake"!
(I've been messing around with Aichi sake again...)
Both are dry and full of rice flavor, but
Both are dry and full of rice flavor, but the Tatsudaya is more crisp and goes well with strong flavored dishes.
Aichi sake is scary but delicious😋!
By the way, speaking of sake with "dragon"...
Toryu, Kokuryu, Hakuryu...
(play with identity)
Hey, I'm Wukong and Pong!
Okay, I've decided, I'm going to drink the sake with "dragon" in its name.
I'll drink seven of the drinks with dragons in their names, and my wish will come true!
I'm going to drink seven of those dragon drinks and get my wish!
I was wrong, share your energy!
And Shinryu, I have only one wish.
Turn all humans into turban shells!
Season 2 "Sazae Syndrome" Complete
Next time: Season 3 "Psychopathic Fune".
Look forward to it!
The Tatsuta-ya was dry and refreshing, while the Ryuzui was suitable for heating sake. Is it just Kunipon who thinks that spicy mabo goes surprisingly well with spicy sake? Stupid tongue?
It's a souvenir from when my eldest son and his wife came back to Japan.
It is a gift from the parents-in-law!
Thank you💕!

The best thing about this house is that the rooms are always clean.
The aroma is modest and the color is beautiful.
The taste is very fresh and easy to drink, with a little thickening 😋 If anything, it's a sweet drink.
Today's pairing is Pork Texture.
I'm sure you'll like it.
It's very easy to drink without feeling any bitterness😋.
It's delicious😋
I recommend it💕.
The third day after opening the bottle.
The aroma and the sweetness of the rice has increased!
This time I mainly drank it cold, but since I got two bottles, I'll try to heat it up as well 😀👍.
I also bought a microwavable tokutori (a kind of rice wine bottle) online 💕.
I'm not a big fan of hot sake but it's fun to feel it go down your throat.
I'm not a fan of hot sake, but it's interesting to see how it goes down your throat 😋 sometimes it's good✌️.

Toryu Junmai Ginjo
Slightly dry. But it doesn't have the old-fashioned firmness, and it has a lightness to it. It seems that it is changing little by little with the times. I haven't had much of it in the past, but I'd like to try it again if I have the chance.
Toryu-san🐲 is so much more than just Nagoya.
It has a slight sweetness to it 😄.
It has a bit of an aged feel to it, but that's just how I like it.
When it comes to Aichi, it's Ryu.
I recently bought this for 700 yen on the web.
It seems to have been left in the shop for more than a year, so it was cheap as a disposal sake😄.
It's a beautiful sake for a sake that has been neglected👍.
The aroma is pear-like, but the taste reminds me of apples ️.
It's sweet but crisp and very easy to drink😆.
It's so easy to drink 😆 If it's this quality, I might want to buy it and drink it properly.
I can't make fun of Aichi prefecture!
