Next is Toryu. This is the favorite of the father of my favorite liquor store. I told my co-workers about it. The aroma is fruity and elegant! The mouthfeel is very clear and elegant with sweetness, dense umami, a gentle aftertaste of ginkoku, and finishes with mild acidity and bitterness. It has been almost 3 years since I have had this sake, but after 3 years of sake drinking, I think I have developed a certain level of taste for sake, but I am still amazed at how good it tastes. It was as good as the Asahi Hawk I had just tasted! In fact, I opened this one later and it was the first one to open! It is a very good sake! Thank you very much for the treat!

Memorandum In Nagoya. Dinner with work friends who joined us there. This is a local sake. I thought they would let us drink it in a wine glass, but it was served in a regular sake cup 😆 All I remember is that it was delicious, light and easy to drink with just the right sweetness.

Purchased this as it was the first choice of a local liquor store. It has a mellow, banana-like aroma and is refreshing at the end of the drink. I drink a lot of raw sake, and words would be poor to describe it, but it is different in many ways.
