Sweet on the palate but with a strong sake taste and a clean aftertaste. It is said to be one of the two sake selections at the G7 that were chosen for their ability to be other than Hiroshima local sake.

The spiciness became a little stronger as the temperature went up...it is still a white wine!

Dark, thick, and strongly sweet.
And yet it's pungent too! I'd be in trouble if I didn't have some snacks.
