Shochiku Ume Shirakabe Kura Mio (sparkling)
I almost never drink sake made by major manufacturers, but I was most attracted to it at the convenience store, so I bought it 😁.
The aroma is like that of a lactic acid bacteria drink.
When you sip it, you will feel the gentle sweetness and the shwash spreading in your mouth. ❗️
The sweet, tasty, acidic and bubbly taste of yogurt will almost certainly be accepted by young people and it is actually delicious👍.
I realized once again that if a major manufacturer is serious, they can make a delicious sake with excellent cost performance!

Nada is a sake of Uozaki Township (Higashinada Ward, Kobe City).
Takara Shuzo's home base is Fushimi, but there is also a large sake brewery (on the level of a factory) along Route 43 in Nada.
You don't often see this in liquor stores either.
The spiciness soaks into you quickly, and the umami of the rice flutters in the air.
The spiciness that quickly goes down your throat. A little astringency.
You can drink as much as you want without getting tired of drinking.
It is also delicious when heated.

We were there to celebrate a customer's 20th birthday. We all toasted together.

I always patrol the sake corner when shopping for food...well, I always patrol the sake corner 😊Local sake: Mitatsuru, Kirifuri, Shikizakura, Sawahime, Sohyo, etc., and a wide selection of seasonal fruit wine is also available, which is a nice touch!
The cherry blossoms are beginning to fall 🌸🍃 and the spring sake corner is just about the last spurt of pink and crowded.
The number of sake with carbonated water has been increasing, hasn't it? Sweet and sour or slightly sparkling... I like it.
